About Us

Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI) has partnered with GSS Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., India, to offer PMI-authorized Project Management courses, including PMP Certification, for Bangladeshi professionals. This collaboration aims to enhance career prospects by providing expert-led training and globally recognized certifications, tailored for various industries like IT, banking, and healthcare.

The primary objective of the course is to prepare the participants to acquire sound knowledge and skillsets needed to appear successfully in PMP examination conducted by PMI. The participants shall acquire the skills necessary to practice as responsible project management professionals in the ever changing and evolving environment of project management.
This shall be an instructor led training course on live online mode on various available formats of daily, weekends etc to suit the varying needs of participants from various time zones of the world. The methodogy of delivery shall be suited to the modern learners with ample opportunities of doubt clarifications. Hand holding exercises shall be conducted on situational analysis to enable the participants to gain mastery on the subject.

Course Instructor Profile

Dr Goutam Sengupta
With over 45 years of experience in the manufacturing and service sectors, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for teaching, consulting, and mentoring. I am currently an Adjunct Professor at IIT Kharagpur, where I teach and research in the areas of supply chain management, project management, production and operations management, and lean management. I am currently the Rector, Techno India University W.B.I am also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of GSS Infosolutions, a firm that provides solutions in lean manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain practice areas. As a former executive and leader in various organizations, such as Tata Motors, Philips, Webel, Videocon, and Calcutta Business School, I have extensive knowledge and expertise in managing and improving business processes, developing and implementing strategies, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. I hold a Ph.D. and an MBA in business administration and management, as well as multiple certifications, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, and Lifetime certification in Supply Chain Management from ISM, USA. I have also received several honors and awards, including the Most Eminent Engineer of the Year and the Bharat Gourav Sanman. I am committed to sharing my insights and experience with the next generation of leaders and managers, as well as contributing to the social and economic development of India.
