Description: Employability Skills Development is an innovative course designed to enhance the job readiness skills and proficiency of students, graduates, and professionals. The course aims to empower participants to kickstart their earning journey during their student life, secure their first job after graduation, or increase productivity in the workplace. It adopts a fully hands-on, activity-based approach to ensure active engagement of all participants. Materials, assignments, live coaching sessions, and mentoring through digital mediums like WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, and other interactive learning tools are provided to each participant.
Course Duration:
– Direct Coaching: 5 classes totaling 40 hours (8 hours per day) Price: 5000/-
– Online Mentoring: 10 classes totaling 30 hours (3 hours per day) Price: 4000/-
Course Contents:
- Self-Assessment: Utilizing SWOT analysis, IKIGAI framework, Human-Centered Design principles, and Personal Feedback Management techniques.
- Career Planning: Conducting company research, job description analysis, developing specific hard skills based on personal choice, and honing soft skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Personal Branding: Crafting CVs, resumes, and video profiles, and optimizing social media profiles including LinkedIn and YouTube. Mastering presentation skills with PowerPoint tools and writing compelling cover letters.
- Digital Skills: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-powered tools and applications relevant to the modern workplace.
- Job Interview Skills: From sending applications to attending job interviews and following up effectively.
- Mock Interviews: Providing practical experience through simulated interview sessions for all learners.
