What Will I Learn?

  • Developing Rural youth or those who want go to abroad to ensure overseas employment through industry work. The main objective is to ensure competency so that they can perform as per the industry standards.
  • Rural youth or those who want go to abroad for overseas employment.
  • Equip with the knowledge and skills necessary for working as waiter and communicate with the customer with every day English.
  • Understand the basic English Grammar, Correct Pronunciation of daily usable English Words.
  • Understand the Basic personal Etiquette and Grooming.
  • Perform basic food and beverage serving.
  • Address leaner needs and foster and promote a healthy, safe and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure competency in performing at workplace
  • Plan, organize and facilitate group based training
  • Provide training through instruction and demonstration of work skills
  • 72 hours (18 days X 4 hours)
  • 6 days per week
  • 4 Hours per day
  • 60 Hours or 15 Days for Everyday English Program.
  • 12 Hours or 3 Days for Basic Food and Beverage Serving
  • After successful completion of all above unit of competencies, participants will be awarded statement of attainment (Certificate).
  • The training combines theory and practice by mixing lectures and exercises throughout the session(s). Through in class, participant(s) will have the opportunity to put into practice the techniques introduced in the training.


This Change Management training course will teach aspiring change agents how to create and implement a change management plan efficiently with positive acceptance throughout your organization.

DAY 01-15
  • In this course, participants will learn how to speak English in the typical situations of daily life:

  • - Talking on the phone.
  • - Going to restaurants & going shopping.
  • - Traveling: airport, hotel, & sightseeing.
  • - Talking about hobbies & entertainmen.t
  • participants will also learn important phrases for social English, so that learners can interact with other English speakers successfully and confidently.

  • - Agreeing & disagreeing.
  • Giving opinions & advice
  • - Asking & interrupting politely
  • - Expressing thoughts & feelings
  • We also cover some practical vocabulary for talking about:

  • - Information
  • - Similarities & differences
  • - Certainty & probability
  • - Hypothetical situations
  • - Interesting Topics in English
DAY 16-18
  • Prepare tables or counters for meals
  • Serving customers in a cheerful, courteous and efficient manner
  • Greet customers, present menus and help customers select menu items
  • Taking Food & Beverage Orders
  • Pick up and serve orders
  • Demonstrate good organization and multitasking skills
  • Check that customers are enjoying their meals and correct any problems
  • Clean and reset tables
  • Understand the importance of good health and good grooming.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, with little supervision
  • Have the ability to work calmly under pressure.
